Alice arrived at Ampleforth in 2005, after completing teacher training. She obtained a Masters degree in Education by Research in 2011 from York University, focusing on the place of morality in education. In 2011, Alice was elected to the Council of the Independent Schools Religious Studies Association. From 2005 until 2012, Alice has been an examiner for A2 Religious Studies and she has edited AQA Religious Ethics for AS and A2 (Routledge) and is published in the International Journal of Public Theology.
