  • Listen to the following podcast in pairs

 

  • One of each pair should compose a set of questions that they would ask the speakers about the role of the hypothalamus in controlling eating behaviour:

 

  1. One question on the role of the lateral hypothalamus
  2. One question on the role of the ventromedial hypothalamus
  3. One question on dual process theory
  4. One question on set point theory

 

 

  • Read the questions out aloud, one by one, with the other person in the pair replying using information contained within the podcast

 

  • The other person in the pair should compose a set of questions that they would ask the speakers about the role hormonal mechanisms in controlling eating behaviour

  2. Two questions on the role of ghrelin
