In this podcast we will be discussing measurements of stress, including Thomas Holmes’s & Richard Rahe’s Social Readjustment Ratings Scale, as well as looking at the Hassles and Uplifts Scale and Skin Conductance Response. We’ll also discuss three sources of stress; life-changes, daily hassles and workload, as well as looking at the relationship between personality types and stress.
